At SunnySide Threads, we stand behind the quality of our sun protection and fishing shirts. Designed for rugged outdoor adventures, these garments are made to last. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and our warranty policy ensures fair evaluation of such concerns.
Warranty Coverage
- What’s covered: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 3 months from the date of purchase. Examples include stitching issues, fabric flaws, or faulty zippers.

What’s not covered: We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or external forces. This includes:
- Tears, rips, or abrasions caused by rough handling or accidents.
- Fading, staining, or deterioration due to environmental exposure or improper washing.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the garment care instructions.
How to Submit a Claim
To make a warranty claim, email us at hello@sunnysidethreads.com.au with the following details:
- Your order name and order number.
- Your shipping address.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photo evidence clearly showing the problem.
Once we receive your warranty claim, we assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise approved.
- Claims must be submitted within the 3-month warranty period.
